If we are going to be the real estate office with a soul and a good heart we need to be guided by a higher consciousness when it comes to negotiating and working in the marketplace.

The Psychology of Listing attendees discussed the problem of holding offers and also being willing to accept them before the stated review date.

A demonstration of smart and strategic negotiating of offers showed how creative we can be on our clients behalf as we learn how to read different offers and leverage them individually.

And finally, each attendee left being more aware of the importance of using the language of commitment.
