Real Estate Marketing Episode 18: Top 4 Picks for Staying Organized

Hey Everyone!  It’s Christine George, President of Marketing at RE/MAX Leading Edge with offices in Boston, Cambridge and all over Greater Boston.  Welcome to Episode 18 of Real Estate Marketing!

Many of you who know me well, know that I’m probably one of the most organized people you’ll meet.  Truth is, we’re all challenged with multiple responsibilities and so many things we want and need to do, that without it, things end of falling through the cracks and ultimately leaving opportunity on the table.  Today I’m going to share with you the apps I use to stay organized and on track with my goals.

The most important thing about staying organized is to use a web based product so you can access your information from any devise anywhere in the world.

Here are my top picks:

Google Calendar

Let’s face it; if it’s not on the calendar, it’s not happening. Google calendar works across all my devices and insures I get to where I need to be at all times.  What’s better is that I can share it and even delegate edit authority to a team member or even my spouse.

Wunderlist

Wunderlist is a task list and it’s my accountability partner. I’ve got a work list, a home list, grocery list, you name it.  I LOVE crossing things off my list.  Wunderlist allows me to make notes inside my tasks, have sub tasks, and like Google Calendar, it let’s me share it with my team members or spouse.

Evernote

This is my journal. Anytime I’m in a meeting or at a conference, I use Evernote to take my notes.  I also use Evernote to brainstorm ideas and write blogs.

Asana

Asana is a project management tool that is out of this world! There are others out there like Basecamp and Trello.  I’ve tried both and I just have a personal preference for Asana.  Once we have our plan in place, we immediately lay out each project on Asana.  It keeps our team accountable to deadlines and everything flows seamlessly.
