It’s gonna be a rock fight for homes that are updated tastefully, show well and are priced right in some neighborhoods.”

January sales of single-family homes in the Leading Edge service area decreased -12.9% year-over-year. Inventory decreased -43.8%. The number of days on market over the last 12 months increased +12.1% while median sale prices remain up +2.6% at $636,000.
