According to a study from NAR, here are what sellers want:
- Sell their house
- Experience (if you don't have a lot of experience yet, lean into your brokerage!)
- Diligent marketing
- Communication (from the time paperwork is signed, to photography, to marketing, and so on)
- Area knowledge
- Advice on repairs and updates
- A good price
- Honesty
