17 Referral Strategies from Tom Ferry, Part 2
10. Once a quarter or annually, thank anyone who gave you a referral
11. Every quarter, send your sphere:
- a map of homes sold within the last year
- a letter/video of how the local market is doing
- top things to do within your community
12. Use nice reviews to demonstrate your ability to handle difficult situations
13. Call your database and ask them "are you living in your dream home now?"
14. Ask everyone in your database if you can count on them for at least one referral this year
15. Grow your sphere through co-marketing (lenders, attorneys, etc.)
16. Grow your sphere through influencers
17. Be the educator for small to mid-sized businesses in your area
