Heed the advice of an experienced agent and sellers will realize a faster and more efficient sale.”
May sales of single-family homes in the Leading Edge service area increased +16.2% year-over-year. Inventory decreased -1.6%. The number of days on market over the last 12 months remains the same while median sale prices remain up +5.9% at $625,000.
