- time to call: 8:00 - 10:00AM and 4:00 - 6:00PM
- BE RELENTLESS
- must have a CRM
- don't over-research, just make the call
- use a video auto responder
- online leads and DAY 1: call back within 5 minutes, follow up with a text
- DAY 2: call, text, email
- DAY 3 - 30: call, text, email once a week
- DAY 31 AND LATER: add to a custom audience in Facebook and run an ad every month (ex: review from past clients)
