- Reach out Monday's after their Open House and 2-3 weeks after they have been on the market.
- Don't be argumentative, praise them.
- Preview with a Purpose: let them know you don't have a buyer for them, but you want to come by and take a look at their house. This way, you can intelligently talk about it at your next open house.
- Be prepared to talk about how you market your properties.
- Give advice.
- FOLLOW UP: be diligent.
